      Established in 1995, Forest Health and Rehab is a 97 bed skilled nursing and rehab community located in Lynchburg, VA, which many may know as Hill City or The City of Seven Hills. Our facility sits on a cul-de-sac shared with Johnsons Health Center and The Surgery Center of Lynchburg, and is conveniently located near Lynchburg General Hospital. Recently acquired by Saber Healthcare, Forest Health and Rehab joins our team that is committed to providing quality and compassionate care to the residents we have the pleasure of serving. Whether our residents are here for short or long term care, we hope that they can call Forest Health and Rehab their home.Our building is minutes away from Tallmadge Circle, a place where visitors can explore the history of this beautiful focal point and the landmarks surrounding it. We are also conveniently located near 6 Corners where you can find shopping, restaurants, and local parks for walking and picnicking nearby.During the spring and summer months, our city will have a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, and baked goods at the local farmers market. You can also enjoy the outdoor patios and the breathtaking views surrounding these beautiful grounds.As with all of the skilled nursing and senior rehab center within the Saber Healthcare Group, the team at Tallmadge Health and Rehab strives to provide the highest quality of services to achieve positive outcomes.
