Regis is under new management now, by Dusin LeDezma and let me tell you, it was an AMAZING experience. Dustin was actually the one to do my hair and I absolutely love it!!! He is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't healthy for your hair at the time so you will never have to worry about not getting what you want or having fried hair! If you want a hair dresser that will listen to you and be open for just about anything, Dustin is your guy and Regis is your salon!!! :)

I went here to just get a root touch up and a few highlights. I did not want too much and I am new to Lubbock so did not know where to go or where to start to find a new stylist. I got right in and now I see why it was so easy. The woman who did my hair had no idea what she was doing. What should have taken maybe an hour at the most ended up being 3 hours. She turned my once pretty blond highlights, curly hair to dead straw. She made it almost completely gray white except the roots which looked worse than when i went in. I was in tears and almost hysterical. I was sick to my stomache. She kept saying she could fix it and she put some terrible gold toner on it and after still more time, I just got up and walked out in tears. I wish I had never gone to this place. I WARN YOU. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DARE TO GET COLOR DONE AT REGIS! I still canot find anyone to fix the mess she made of my once curly shiny hair. It breaks and looks terrible. I have aged 10 years from the horrible color. No more highlights. It is all one color now and dry as straw. I cannot afford to keep trying to find someone to fix my hair after she destroyed it.
