      Founded in 1997, Daybreak HCS provides a wide range of community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities. It offers speech, physical and occupation therapies and undertakes rehabilitation and consultation services. The center provides residential support services and assisted living programs. It also assists in personal care and hygiene, transportation, housekeeping and meal preparation. The center also undertakes 24-hour medication monitoring and case management.It offers psychological counseling and assists in job placement. Additionally, it organizes a number of recreational activities that includes workshops, seminars, filed trips and picnics. Daybreak HCS is affiliated with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services. It is located in Lubbock, Texas.
