I have ordered several flower arrangements from College Flowers and they are always beautiful.

I ordered flowers for my significant other over the phone since I work out of town. I received the picture of the flowers when she surprisingly received them and I do believe I was the one most surprised. The $60 I paid for the flowers was WAY overpriced for what she got. I could've literally, without a doubt, gone to Wal-Mart and picked out something MUCH more appealing for half the price. This isn't the first time this has happened, but I did believe they deserved a 2nd chance. I will no longer be ordering from College Flower again. My money will be used elsewhere.

Although College Flowers creates beautiful arrangements and so forth, the service was TERRIBLE. First, it was more than a hassle to even get an appointment with their "wedding consultant" . She was never available to book an appointment with me, I would leave messages and was told she was going to give me a call back, and never did. It was me, who consistantly called to finally get a hold of her to then book my appointment. Finally, first appointment came, and went all right, but was sort of quick and short. She quoted she would have my wedding proposal ready in just a few days, and IT TOOK A MONTH! I was then thrilled to finally go meet with the "wedding consultant" for my second consultation to tell her what I wanted and didn't want on the the proposal and to then pay a large lump of the deposit and this "wedding consultant" didn't show up for the appointment!!!!!! Might I say, I live 48 miles out of Lubbock. It was a terrible excuse of her "no-show" and the front desk assistant was pretty much letting us know that this often happens. I asked for the owner to call me, and NEVER GOT A CALL! I would NOT recomment booking with them. How would we trust this "consultant" to have my wedding arrangements ready when she didn't even show for my appointment and just to book the first appointment took over 2 weeks as well as the proposal type up taking a MONTH! Definitely went with another wonderful vendor who took care of the short time I had until my wedding!

Last week (8/9/11) my husband called College Florist in Lubbock, Texas to deliver some SPECTACULAR FLOWERS for a friend's birthday. They charged us $334.49! The daughter-in-law of our friend sent a picture of the flowers. Needless to say, the

flowers were LESS than spectacular. From College Florist's website, they sent their Calypso arrangement with a few sunflowers in it. My husband called the next day to complain and asked to talk with the owner. He also sent an email with a picture of the flowers. Once they had our $$ & sent crappy flowers, we never heard from them.



NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM COLLEGE FLORIST IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS!

You always wonder what will be delivered when you order online. Well I placed an order with them online for my sisters birthday and on the order form you can leave special instructions and also you have the option to deliver only what you order or let them substitiute. I marked ONLY PINK flowers and NO SUBS. My sister sent me a pic of what she got.......RED ROSES! Yep totally subed on color and the arrangement was NOT what I chose. SO 70 bucks wasted! Do NOT use them unless you dont care what is delivered!

Found out about them when I received one of their arrangements. I'd never seen anything like it, using some unusual natural items, in a unique and classy container. I'll use them the next I need florals!
