Why go to Dallas for your wedding dress!!! Bella's gave my daughter,bridesmaids and me the mother of the bride 100% wonderful service!!! Every time we walked into the shope we were treated as if we were the only ones in the shop and the FIRST time we walked in we did not have a appointment and they still made time for us just to look around..it was a Saturday maybe 20 other brides to be in there!! Never once was made to feel like we did not matter We made a appointment for later that same day!!! from that point on Ann'e was treated like a Queen!!!

I absolutely loved my experience at Bella's!! I am a young mother of two boys just wanting the dream wedding and the dream dress. My consultant was so nice and made me feel beautiful! Every dress she brought to me was gorgeous and I was finally able to narrow it down to two stunning dresses! I fully recommend setting up an appointment here! Beautiful setup and really nice ladies! (Who know what they are doing I might add!)

I am so impressed with the service I recived at bellas bridal that I am telling the world. I had the best service I could of ever asked for on such a special day. The clients are there number one priority and make you feel great. My dress was so pretty and Bellas was the only place I could order it. The day of wedding the ladies delived my gown and dressed me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was under the illusion that finding the perfect dress and getting it alterted would not been such a headace. As someone who is in the customer service industry, I do not understand how they can treat their clients with such little regard and respect and still be in business. Their lack of professionalism and responsiveness is shocking. It is evident they have no regard for their clients and their only pirority is making money. Sorry all Brides-to-Be, Bella's is one boutique you should mark off your list!
