I have had migraines for my whole life. I would take imitrex but it just dulled the symptoms. I have always had arthritis and a stiff neck. Ive been to therapy, chiropractic and even acupuncture. All of them did helped, but not for long. My neurologist recommended Therafit. The therapist did a lot of stretching and massage on my neck and also did some kind of pushing on the joints that really helped loosen up my neck. They also did this technique called dry needling. I talked with another patient about it who had done it for her lower back and said it really helped. At first it seemed like acupuncture, but the needles were deep in the back of my neck and head and felt like they were right on the spot that bothered me all the time. I believe I was there for about a month and I think the last 3-4 appointments I did the needling as well and I can say I have not had a headache since and it has been about 6 months!! I am still doing my exercises too. Thanks Therafit. James D.

I was thoroughly impressed with the 2 therapists that I worked with. I was having terrible pain and could not sleep at night. I went for 9 appointments and I am back doing everything without any pain and most importantly I am getting a good night sleep. Thank you so much. Linda N.

John Tran is a very great physical therapist, professionally and socially. when it comes to the professional aspect. John was always on time with his appointments, treated clients equally no matter what race or gender. As an athlete , I have been in the hands of so many physical therapist at different places. But non of these physical therapist is even close to how passionate John is about his work. When i was at therafit, his famous statement was "i will get you back strong like you never got hurt". to be frank, i laugh in my head and radical him anytime he saids that statement. but at the end he proved me wrong. He has a tremendous social life with his clients. He was always positive around me and very courageous. He pushed me through those tough times and now im back doing what i do best. John helped me get back on track. Thank you John and may God bless you. God has blessed you with what you do, and i know you still doing wonders Francis Adu-Gyamfi

My whole family has been a patient at one time or another at Therafit on multiple occasions spanning some 20 years. We have been recommended to go elsewhere by several different physicians in the past. One said because he thought it would be closer to my house and another openly admitted that "he had to divulge that he had a financial interest in a certain place" but "wanted me to try it anyway because he knew the therapists there very well and would be able to communicate with them easier. I quickly found out that knowing a therapist very well doesnt necessarily translate into better care. I have always received superior care at Therafit, no matter whom the physical therapist was that I was working with. Now that my insurance copays are so expensive, I want the most bang for my buck. Maybe because they are independently owned by physical therapists that is why they try so hard to get you better? Bob O.

In my many years of going to Therafit for my various problems I have always been completely satisfied and have enjoyed working with the staff. Whomever I have had the pleasure of working with they have been very knowledgeable and always closely monitored my treatment and exercises. I recently called a few times after my therapy was done with some questions to make sure that I was doing what I was supposed to do correctly and the therapist (Paul) got back to me right away and answered all my questions politely and courteously. I will never go anywhere else if I need therapy again. Thank you all for your time. Mary Ann L.

I have had physical therapy before at both a hospital and at other facilities and I would not go anywhere else since going to Therafit. The therapist's knowledge of my injury was excellent, I was very impressed with how professional everyone was. My condition (hip injury) was explained to me very well and the exercise videos that were emailed to me in addition to my treatment there helped a lot and kept me motivated. Though I did not use the pool for my injury, I spoke to a lot of other patients while I was there who could not say enough good things about it. I made sure and told my doctor how pleased I was as well because the next step was an injection which I managed to avoid. Great job Therafit! Sue M.

This is the 4th time that I have been to Therafit. I have had problems in the past with my lower back, sacroiliac joint and hip bursitis and all were treated and corrected by the therapist(s). I never knew that the majority of my back problems were associated with my pelvis being unequal and that caused my legs to hit the ground differently when I was running. Most recently I twisted my ankle (running!!) and had pain on the top of my foot every time I attempted to run. After about 5 sessions and some good knowledge about my injury and exercises to do on my own I am back running in only 4 weeks!! I can not say enough good things about the care I received and I continue to read all the articles on your website as well as use it as a resource for my other chronic issues. I hate to say it, but hopefully I won't be seeing you again anytime soon!! Judy C.

I recently just finished up my rehab at Therafit for my second time in 3 years and this time it was for my lower back. I have a degenerative disc condition for which I am hoping to avoid surgery. From the evaluation to the last visit everything done was extremely thorough and I felt the knowledge and handling skills of the therapist's I worked with were superior to any place I have been in the past. I also enjoyed the videos of the home exercises that I am continuing to do that were emailed to me over the course of my treatment. I am 90% better than when I walked in and that is the only reason I could not give a full 5-star review. As my previous issue was a shoulder rotator cuff strain a few years ago that fully recovered and this time it was my lower back, I would definitely refer anyone who is suffering from either of those ailments to Therafit. Margaret H.

Overall I had a very positive experience. My back is feeling so much better. A few times I had to come in early and the therapists were very accommodating. I continue to do my prescribed exercises daily and would defninately go back if needed again. I am so glad my doctor referred me to Therafit! Tim H.
