Provided by YP.comOn first look, Happy Trails seems like a great place to take your dog (clean, pretty, newer construction, good location) but don't be fooled!
We recently took our puppy in for daycare. We were hoping to get him more socialized and get some of his energy out during the day when we are at work. Upon arrival, the 3 girls in the front were anything but welcoming and immediately took our dog from me and forced him to go in the back, literally. They were pretty rough with him and never once called him by his name. Their response when I handed him his food for the day was "oh you want us to feed him?"he was going to be there for 8 hours!
When I came back to pick him up, he seemed scared and immediately wanted to leave, not exactly what you expect from a puppy who just got to play with other dogs all day. When he got home he drank 2 ENTIRE bowls of water in less than 20 minutes and continued acting scared. I should have never left him to begin with after my experience with the unprofessional/unfriendly staff. I honestly have never seen a staff that unprofessional, rude and simply just acting like they could care less about their customers in my life.
Don't take your pets here!! They deserve better!! Oh and their webcam they supposedly have is constantly "under maintenance"...

Provided by YP.comHappy Trails has been a real blessing to us and our dog Rocky. About 2 months ago he had to have an ACL knee surgery because of an injury he sustained at a dog park. He was very very sore and slow to recover. We had a family emergency we had to attend to and had to board our big ole Rocky who was still recovering from surgery. We took one look arround and knew this was the right place for him. They assured us he would have limited activity and even let us put his over sized orthopedic bed in his kennel. We felt bad about asking the staff to use his special harness to support his back end everytime he was moved around but they imediatly agreed with a smile and there was no extra charge for Rockys special care and giving his medications. We were gone for a whole week and when we got back Rocky did so well he actually improved! He was kept under a very watchfull eye and still got to meet and greet with other doggies! Rocky is still improving and we plan on attending daycare at Happy Trails very soon.

A great facility: my dog loves daycare at Happy Trails, he can't wait to get there. Highly recommend: and they gave me a tour of the entire facility before I ever signed up for daycare: including the types kennels my dog could stay in if we ever boarded him and they even showed me the kitchen! They don't just let the dogs out to fend for themselves, there's always a person outside with them, many times more than one person to watch them! Love it!

I have been a customer at Happy Trails Pet Spa since they opened. My dog literally drags me to the door and doesn't even wait for me to say goodbye before he runs to the back to go out for Doggy Daycare. While boarding, I know that if I choose not to have extra playtime my dog will be outside for at least 2 hours a day regardless. And to top it off, I can have my dog groomed before he comes home! I love it!

My golden retriever is a member of the family, and deserves to be pampered too when the family takes a vacation. We can't always take the dog with us, so when we need to board him, he always goes to Happy Trails Pet Spa & Resort. He gets to play all day, get a haircut, and loves, loves, loves going there. Thank you to the great staff at Happy Trails: they answer all my questions and concerns, and always with a smile. Happy Trails is truly my dog's extended family!

I don't even know where to begin...I've been taking our Golden Doodle dog to Happy Trails for over a year and LOVE them. If it is doggie daycare or boarding they are Top Notch. The facility is spotless and the employees are kind. Our dog is well cared for and loves going to visit his friends. This was completely opposite from other doggie day care providers in town. I'm a devoted fan and everyone who takes the time to visit agrees. It is worth the trip and peace of mind having our Dog at Happy Trails!

I have no idea what these other reviewers are talking about. My dog loves it here. He is always happy to go and never wants to leave. I have met all the employees and they seem friendly and dog knowledgeable. The "former employee" below sounds like they had a bad work experience and are taking it out on the business! 2 PAWS up from me!

I was so glad when I found this facility. It is so clean and the staff is so understanding. My dog is so happy every time we go. The kennel manager, who also does nutrition counseling, massage and acupressure, has helped me with my dog so much. He is so much calmer after just one session of acupressure! She also told me about a raw dog food diet and since he's been on it his coat has never been the same. It is so shiny and smooth. He use to be a little fat but now he's the healthiest he's ever been! He just looks amazing! Thank you Happy Trails!!
