Sharon and her girls have always done a good job with my dogs. Miranda my Golden Retriever loved going there until she passed over the Rainbow Bridge. Her successor, a rotten little shih tzu named Gretel, who is a handful to work with, always looks good when I pick her up. The personnel are always kind and courteous.

Wonderful groomers. The first time I was a little displeased, but I have been taking my dog back for months now and I love it. You can always call and get in right away...unlike some places you have to wait for weeks or longer. Highly recommend Shampoochies

I love Shampoochies and so does my dog. She seems to enjoy going there and that means a lot to me. She would pull and balk whenever we started into the door of our previous groomer where they would let the dogs roam free all over the shop and sometimes fight. She required treatment at the vet after one of those altercations. At Shampoochies they crate the dogs exceptwhen they are actually working on them. It makes me feel safer leaving her. Sharon and all of the staff have been nothing but nice to us. I walk with a cane and they always help me out to the car with my 100 pound rambunctious impulsive golden. I took her there yesterday for a bath and a summer cut and she looks just beautiful. To the people who found the staff disagreeable - how you are treated depends a lot on how YOU treat others. Remember that and you might get better treatment at every establishment you visit.

Rude ppl work here...I had an accident and wasn't able to make my appointment, I got a message saying there would be $10 fee for each dog added to my next visit! If they think I'll ever be back their crazy! I need someone more respectable if Im going tontrust them with my babies! Also it's very dirty and I don't expect a spot free grooming facility but at least not a grimy filthy one either. On my way to buy my own trimmers and get my money's worth in 1 use!

my dog was groomed there and the grooming was horrible. He was cut very close between his legs, which became red and raw. There were cuts on his back and side. Then, 6 days later, he had a huge gash that opened up on his neck. I took him to the vet, where he got 5 stitches and I got a nice bill. They suspected that it was glued together, but couldn't confirm this. I WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I had to pick a star rating to post this. I wouldn't even give them a one.

I have been taking my dogs to them for 2.5 years now and they have always taken very good care of them. I have never had a complaint about how they were bathed or groomed and there prices are not so expensive that I can keep up the grooming. I have been taking my dog to Sharon to be groomed for a few years now. I can't speak for anyone else that works there because just like your hair stylist, when you find someone you like, you want to stay with them. My dog is a little timid but when it is time to go to Shampoochies, she is always ready. It means a lot to me that I can drop her off somewhere that she is not scared and she never looks less than beautiful when I pick her up. I have recommended Shampoochies to other family members and they are happy as well :)

I dropped my dog off there and an older lady named Sharon was working. She groomed my dog. It had cuts and the groom was horrible. I will never step foot in there again. Not to mention it doesn't look very appealing from the outside.
