Bait and switch best describes our Mirabelle Gourmet Catering experience. The food we tasted in his kitchen was far different then the "stuff" he served at my daughters wedding. When asked for an honest appraisal from our guest they described the food as "bland cafeteria food... boring... tasteless... unidentifiable..." The tender juicy pink perfectly prepared beef tenderloin we had in his kitchen a year before the wedding was far different than the sauced beef jerky he served at my daughters wedding. Perhaps it was the same food, just held over for a year! Worst than that...HE RAN OUT OF FOOD leaving over 20 guest without food. Perhaps he was just doing them a favor. As to other issues $600 basically for ice and $200 for iced tea billed as last minute charges for 180 people were obscene. Apparently this was his way to make up for the reduction in attendees.
