I have purchased 2 50+ inch lcd hdtvs and both have had problems, each time the warranty departments for samsung and for sharp have referred me to Kwik Service. Both TVs were kept for an unreasonable amount of time, many many weeks, months in one case, and warrant extensive phone calls to find out the status. Both TVs have been delivered to me with EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE! Kwik Service claims that the TVs are fixed, but they aren't, and they actually argue with you that there isn't a problem. If you can avoid this place, please do so at all costs.

I've used Kwik for several repairs after being referred to them by the manufacturer. They've always been knowledgeable, fast, and fair on price.

I have used Kwik for several years for all my TV service. They have always been timely and fair. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for the best service in the Louisville area.

It's getting harder to find knowledgable TV repair technicians these days! I was having problems with my big screen TV, so I started calling around to find a company that could offer me fast, dependable service. To make a long story short - I ended up calling Kwik Service and was very impressed. I called their office on a Tuesday afternoon and had a technician at my house the next day. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The service tech told me that he would be at my house between 11AM and 1PM and showed up at 11:10AM. He diagnosed my TV and even had the parts with him on his truck to fix it that same day. After putting the TV back together the technician checked the wiring in the back and discovered that my HD cable box was not only configured wrong but it wasn't even wired right!! He went out to his truck and came back with a cable, hooked up the cablebox -configured the box and WOW there was HD like I've never seen on my TV. Kwik Service exceeded my expectations I'm happy!
