I am new to Louisville and this place had the nicest people and most reasonable prices in the city. Stopped in Gould's (ug) will never go back into there. Will order online first. Cooley's is small so not have all the equipment but helpful personnel. I highly recommend Discount Medical Supplies and already have been a repeater and have passed along, as I live in an active senior community. Thank You.

I highly recommend this store too. The employees are fantastic and very helpful. The best thing I found at this store was the honestity of the manager. I will never buy anything from Goulds Medical again. They cheated my mother who is on a very limited income. Discount Medical has always treated our family very well. I tell everyone I know to go here.

I haven't had a problem with Discount Medical Supplies till this month. I reordered my diabetic supplies by phone on June 3rd. Normally, it takes 2 or 3 days to receive my supplies. Today is June 15th and I'm still waiting for my delivery. I did call to ask about the delay on Monday, June 13th, twice. When I called the second time, I was told that I would receive my supplies on Tuesday, June 14th. That didn't happen. As of Tuesday, June 14th, I was out of test strips. I have not been able to check my blood sugar since. I'm very nervous not knowing what my blood sugar reading is. This was just one and only one situation that I have encountered with DMS.

I highly recommend this store. The employees are fantastic! They go above and beyond the norm to help you. I really like this place.
