General Info

Commercial Kentucky, Inc. was founded in 1973 as Scherer/Casper & Associates. The firm was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 1981, expanded its capabilities to include real estate market research, property management and appraisal services, in addition to office, industrial, retail and investment brokerage services and operated as Cushman & Wakefield of Kentucky until 1992. Following five years as a Grubb & Ellis Affiliate, Commercial Kentucky, Inc. rejoined Cushman & Wakefield in March of 2005 as a member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance.

Location

Our offices are located on the corner of Preston St and E. Main St in Downtown Louisville. We are in Suite 510 of the Preston Pointe building next to Louisville Slugger Field.Old National Bank occupies the first floor of the building.
