This is the best experience we have had buying a car. Meredith, internet sales, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I purchased a vehicle from Bob Hook Chevrolet at the Bardstown Rd. location in March of 2010. My dealer, Bob Breshear, has kept in contact with me since my purchase. The dealer has also sent me and my family birthday and Holiday cards. I have been satisfied each time I have gone in for maintenance, and all of my problems have been resolved. The dealership offers wonderful customer service and maintenance. I believe they genuinely care about customers past the initial car sale.
Roger Hoon as always did a great job. I had a specific type of truck in mind and had set a price I was willing to pay. Roger found the right truck at the right price. I have had nothing more then superior service from Bob Hook since the day I purchased my 2005 chevy Malibu Maxx. the sales rep that sold me the car to the mechanics that work on it when I need service to the service writer have always been very straight forward and professional that includes the cashier in the service dept this kind of service and customer relations speaks very highly of the enitre Bob Hook dealership
