This location doesn't know how to answer the phone today! Then when you finally get someone and ask to be transferred to a Manager you get disconnected. We purchased a TV a couple of months ago. When we were putting it together we discovered it was broken and missing pieces. So we had to make a another trip up there. Then a couple weeks ago our other TV broke. Geek squad came out and said we could get a replacement. Go up there get a different TV today. Open it up to discover it is BUSTED. We have spent at least 1 hour and half today trying to speak to someone. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone that I have talked to has said their staff and sales people are rude and not helpful at all, even the customer reviews on service and tech support on their websites are very low! I don't know but both times I have been there this week, I have had nothing but a good experience and yesterday's was the best. I spoke to 4 or 5 sales people, the girls in Customer Service for returns and the guys in the Geek Squad were all wonderful!!! They answered EVERY question we asked, showed me how to work a tablet and gave me advice for what would be best for what my husband and I were looking for. We were there for a couple of hours between buying a tablet and getting our laptop fixed and everyone was very friendly and helpful.. I did find it interesting that the sales people prefer Androids, while the majority of the staff in customer returns and the guys in the Geek Squad own iPads and are antsy waiting on the new iPad3.. all in all a wonderful experience!
Friendly staff, good selection, clean atmosphere. Employees could be a little more knowledgeable about the products, I have gotten a few pieces of misinformation here.
Bought an electric range 3 weeks ago. The old range was hard wired into the wall-didnt know til new one was delivered. Delivery man said to call staore when old range taken out and arrangements would be made to pick it up. That was 20 days and 4 phone calls ago-range still sitting on my patio.
