A van with a few people from this company just left my neighborhood. They were a crew of good people. They apologized for my past negative experience and two of them even offered to try to remedy the problem with my carpet on their own time but I had to decline because my opinion is that it's going to have to be replaced. Already been through too much since April 2014 trying to fix it ourselves. I just wanted to say that it's good to know that there's some decent people out there even though the owners never took action to assist me atleast they have a few good hearted employees.

Someone named Gave from this place was supposed to come to my house to fix what someone on his crew did that ruined my carpet in my brand new house. Gave told ne to call him at 5pm and he'd head in my direction. I called him at 4:50pm and he said he has a crew coming for a class and he'll be done at 7:15pm and for me to call him back at 7:15. I did. He did not answer and I've called several times and still no answer! My carpet is ruined. It stinks and is sticky from one of his crew members over saturating it with this pungent lavender shampoo. They claim it is hypoallergenic. It is not! Its causing us to wheeze and headaches. It is so strong that even my pets stink like it now. My carpet is absolutely ruined. It is less than six months old. He knew that my son has respiratory issues. Made tons of promises that has going to handle. Bring air purifiers. Not going to leave my house till I'm satisfied he said. He never showed!
