my dog came back smelling good and his house training remained intact since this place is an all indoor facilty. they take all of the dogs outside 3 x a day to go the potty. the problems are that 1. theynever let you walk around to tour all of the suites and so they cover up 85% ofwhat you can see. thats suspicious if you r like me and prefer a "nothing to hide" kind of place.2. based on the above, i never saw where my dog would stay and it could have been in an isolated dark corner where he lay sad and lonely. otherwise they would have happily let me see all of the rooms and area that my dog would be placed in. did not like this at all!3.asked to see the runs and you need "an appointment" for that first.4. nickle and dime you to death.5. my dog didnt seem happy when i picked him up. he wasnt emotionally getting what i wanted him to have..warm interaction with staff and cheerful sunny surroundings. instead he was in a glass box depressed but he was fed and clean. this place is just average and overrated. try some other places if you want your dog to be more than just a boarder and get love throught their stay.the report cards were generic..again nothing warm and personal. when your dog is stressed seperated from you..it needs tlc or it can get even more distressed and get sick.i like places with open door policies, webcams, and being able to check inat anytime by phone and speak to 1 vs 15 people handling mydog. i likehonest reports about how my dog is doing because then i feel i can trust the staff. they were adamant about not letting anyone back where the dogs stayed. why?

Very nice facility, staff not always friendly, expensive, lots of options and add-ons though. Not displeased but not thrilled about them either.
