Nicole is very responsive to issues as they arise. It's worth every penny not to have to deal with tenants.

Great website. We found a property online through Trulia.com and called DWM to schedule a showing. Two days later we had our application approved. Easy system, great CS. Would recommend checking out their site!
We were new to the area and found the rental market was terrible (now inventory). When we called on an ad placed by DWM we actually got a return call and it was on Sunday. We didn't rent that property but when we visited their website we found one that worked for my family. Great service, we couldn't be happier.
Don't think DWM is better than other property management companies simply because they are based in Los Gatos because they are not!
They are fully it when they do before and after walk throughs. Be sure on have someone else there or an attorney and take pictures when you do the before walk through. I should not have to take care of prior tenants damages or uncleanness.
My move condition was much better and cleaner that when I moved in but DWM still did charge me for clean services when in fact I already did professional cleaning.
DWM should have clean the apartment prior to my move date which I am certain they dock from the prior tenants deposit.
