My husband and I switched to Dish Network from cable about a year ago, I absolutely love it, my husband says he doesn't get all the football games though, and I lost a few channels that I liked to watch a lot, but we also gained several channels that we did not have with our cable company that we were using. We have always gotten good reception though. We've lost it a couple times during bad rainstorms or if snow piled on the dish itself, but my husband went out and knocked the snow off and the reception was crystal clear again.
