I have been ordering STRAIGHT extensions for over 8 yrs...my last set of extensions came curly, dry and frizzy!!! buyer beware! The quality has gone DOWNHILL and mangement will tell you it's normal to have straight come out curly!!??? I will be telling everyone I know not to order from this company, they're a rip off

I was recommended by two different hair stylists to go there due to my thinning hair. A nice lady helped me bu bringing out samples of hairs that match my hair best.

No one ever notices I'm wearing a wig since it blends in with my natural hair so well. I used to spend so much money on volumizing product and I was still not happy. The price I paid was worth every dime. I went to another place and the price there was so much higher.

I'm a hairstylist and was so happy to hear that The Hair Shop sold the hair I usually buy for $100 cheaper...NOT the case! I bought REMY hair which is supposed to be one of the top of the line hair extensions, but what they sold me had fake synthetic hair in it too, which caused insane amounts of shedding, matting and i even broke out! In addition to having a hard time understanding the staff with a language barrier, they took it upon themselves to call me a liar, tell me that blond hair is more at risk for tangling and not give me a refund for their product, but offer me 50% off my next purchase--YEAH RIGHT! They sold me the hair with the pretense of it being 100% REMY hair that's authentic, and called me the liar! They have no idea about customer service and I know for a fact that I am not the first person this type of thing happened to. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I paid good money to basically have Halloween hair and even that is better quality! There are many other places that you can go to that sell the authentic real REMY hair that will look good for at least 6-7 months if taken care of properly.The hair shop SUX! I followed THEIR guidelines to take care of the hair, with THEIR own products and clearly that didn't save the hair...it took one shampoo and went downhill from there. BAD QUALITY!! I will never recommend or buy hair for myself or clients ever again
