As a member of the State Bar’s Partnerships and Limited Liability Companies Committee, Mr. Sanchez drafted revisions to the California Corporations Code concerning business mergers. He also served on the drafting committee for the State Bar’s “Report on Legal Opinions Regarding California Limited Liability Companies.” Mr. Sanchez has taught seminars and university classes on business law topics, including business acquisitions and corporate finance, and has published articles regarding securities law matters.
