I would like say a few things about the crazy person that left a bad review on this page, but you know what it's not worth it, PEOPLE just because this site lets some crazy person leave a bad review check your sources, and by sources i mean actually go in and talk to Crystal and Joe and you'll see how wonderful they are to work with and how passionate they are about their work... Our wedding was a year ago and i still get compliments on how beautiful the flowers where and how amazing my bridal bouquet was... They truly take time with you and get to know you and i think because they do that they are able to transform your vision into a reality.... The day of the wedding they were punctual, and added extra little details that made all the difference... Any other event i book I will for sure use NINFA'S FLOWERS AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS...
My wife and I used Ninfa's flowers and they were very easy to work with. I didn't think the flowers were that big of a deal, but they did add color and beauty to the ceremony. They smelled wonderful when we were up at the gazebo saying our vows. I found Joe and Crystal's price to be surprising -- half of what other florists were quoting us. I agree with BlueDiva and JennieMarie that they were kind adn that they made my wife's dream come true. I also agree that it's unfair that one person not wanting to pay up front shouldn't be able to post three negative reviews, but it's pretty clear that they error is on their part.
First, the three reviews below are all by the same group of wacky ladies, and I call them wacky because you absolutely have to pay for flowers in full before you receive them! Can you imagine being able to pay for only 75% of your jeans before wearing them. I'm upset that their negative reviews have been counted toward Ninfa's rating.
After visiting several trendy florists in West Hollywood, I was having trouble deciding which vendor to go with. They all appeared to create beautiful arrangements, but either the attitude, the expense ($3,000+) or the lack of communication were offputting. Then, after filling out an online quote request form, I received an e-mail from Crystal at Ninfa's with an amazing price. I wondered if they could really provide what I wanted...what was the catch? There wasn't a catch! They were absolutely wonderful. They created a free sample and worked with me for an hour until it was exactly what I wanted. They helped me create full arrangements with the colors and flowers I wanted that were within my budget. I was even able to add flowers to the gazebo and head table, which I was going to sacrafice by going with one of those west side florists. Ninfa's was very prompt with all communication. My flowers were exactly what I wanted and they really did help make my wedding a dream come true. I was told not to scrimp on flowers or photos. Ninfa's allowed me to get the flowers I wanted! They will work with you until you are happy. They love what they do and it shows! Thank you, Ninfa's! I am very touched by your hard work and kindness. You were a pleasure to work with! On the day of my wedding, I knew you had things under control and it was very reassuring!

Why in the world would I try to scam someone out of flowers, which has to be the most ridiculous accusation I've ever heard. I would be more than happy to show my wedding photos and the beautiful flowers that were NOT provided by ninfa's flowers. The company we did use asked for a deposit and was paid the day of the wedding upon delivery. Payment was never received because we never got a phone call back stating that we were able to just pay 75% which is more than fair and pay the rest the day of the wedding. The third party that was contacting you was my WEDDING PLANNER. I would be glad to provide a business card. Any company who thinks it is ok to pull out of a wedding 3 days before is not going to get any business.

I was given a recommendation about this company and decided to use them. We had problems with payment because they wanted to be paid in full before the wedding and I wanted to pay 75% and pay the rest the day of the wedding so that I would be assured they would show up and deliver the flowers for my wedding. Less than three days before my wedding she decided she would not do the wedding and left me to find a florist who could do my flower order in that short of time. So take my advice and find someone else!

I first heard of Ninfa's Flowers & Gifts via a wedding site & I decided to make an appointment via email. They responded right away & when I came in to the store, they were extremely knowledgeable about the flowers I wanted and made incredible suggestions to pair with the flowers I already knew I wanted.
I did not see the finished product until the wedding day & I have to say I was blown away by the beauty & high quality of all the flowers. There were even unexpected touches of beads & rhinestoned flowers in my bouquet, my mother's corsage, and my flower girl's hair flowers.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE what Ninfa's Flowers & gifts did for my ceremony, they captured my dream & realized it in amazing flowers.
Last, but not least, I have to say, the customer services in top of the line and they are very kind and friendly. Thanks, Ninfa's Flowers!!!

Words cannot describe the gratitude we have towards Ninfa's Flowers for the tremendous work they did for our wedding. My fiance and I were torn on the idea of flowers I wanted to have them and he was initially thinking of skimping on them because of cost. However after our consultation with Crystal and her husband Joe my fiance was definitely sold on using them for event once we saw examples of jobs they performed for other couples + the cost of the entire package they were offering us was unbeatable. What really led me back to this site to leave this review was the fast relationship that developed over the short time we knew the couple they really cared about every detail of our wedding and to me that made all the difference. We came to them with a very atypical theme for a wedding which was day of the dead (Dia de los Muertos), Crystal seemed to have the same passion in helping me achieve my vision. She understood culturally what this day meant and helped us to execute our plan by having our centerpieces incorporate family photos to display at each table. I cannot say enough about this couple who truly go above and beyond with their customer service to make their clients happy. Upon returning the pillars used the day of the wedding we found the shop to be closed, however after sending an email Crystal contacted me immediately and even came by my house to pick them up which is 12 miles away! My now husband and I cannot recommend them enough thanks Crystal and Joe.
