We are researchers, educators, and facilitators who are recognized worldwide for our expertise in helping company leaders develop the capabilities to build sustainably successful best of class organizations. Since our founding in 1978, we have worked with organizations ranging in size from small entrepreneurships to members of the Fortune 500, as well as non-profits organizations. We have also worked with companies in many different industries retail, biotech, financial services, food services, entertainment, real estate development, healthcare, and many others (please see Our Clients).Our practice has been built on the research of Dr. Eric Flamholtz, President and Founder of Management Systems, and Professor Emeritus of UCLA Anderson School of Management. The key driver of Dr. Flamholtz research and Management Systems work with our clients has been answering one fundamental question: “What can an organization do to increase its probability of long-term success? And, we have answered this important question by developing research-based, but practical tools and specific methodologies that you can use to enhance your own, your team, and your organization effectiveness and create sustained long-term success. Our tools and methodologies help you:Assess where you and your organization are with respect to your development (strengths and opportunities to improve);Identify what you need to do or do differently to continue to build your organization for the long-term; andBuild the leadership skills and capabilities needed to develop and grow your business.Our role is that of a coach and facilitator providing you with data, advice (based on over 35 years of experience and research), tools, strategies for implementing tools, and education to help you continue effectively using the tools to promote your organization long-term success. Accordingly, we are not a traditional consulting firm where we do all of the work for you. (This is one reason that we have eliminated consulting from our name).
