After my remote key fob had accidentally fallen into the pool, it had started malfunctioning. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). Last Saturday I had a appointment with Los Angeles Locksmith Service to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Los Angeles Locksmith Service I talked to a person in Los Angeles, CA right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Los Angeles Locksmith Service has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.
