Founded in 1923, the Hospital Association of Southern California, also known as HASC, is a nonprofit trade association that consists of more than 150 private and public hospitals. The association offers staff consultation, educational, technical, and public policy development and advocacy services, as well as industry information for its members. It operates AllHealth, which specializes in providing financial, facility management, safety and security services for hospitals. The Hospital Association of Southern California operates an online career center that offers recruitment and advertising options. The association provides certified credentialing services through CheckPoint. It manages the National Health Foundation, which receives financial support services from corporations, government entities foundations and individuals.
