Great experience. Dr. and staff are greater than great, very patient, caring and professional. They take time with each patient, listen to you, and make sure you understand as well as you are comfortable with whatever procedure you need to have done.

This place is like a Used Car Lot. Those who run it have ads in many obscure magazines. Evidently the ads are fake. They advertise prices for implants from $399 to $699. Those prices will NEVER be honored. It's like the notorious method used by car salespeople, called "bait and switch". I went there kind of knowing what to expect, but I said to myself, "I'll give these (potential) crooks a try". The dentist who talked to me was Frank Laaly. A charismatic character but as fake as the prices in those obscure magazines. After a complex conversation about my needs he gave me a price which appeared to be reasonable, but needed to be confirmed after undergoing a CAT Scan procedure. I had it done the same day and then I waited two weeks for someone in Whittier Dental Group to call me. On October 21st the miracle happened and I got an appointment for the 27th of October. When I arrived the dentist WAS NOT THERE. Instead I was approached by "a closer", which is a person who will try to convince you to do the procedure you need for a totally different and obviously higher price than that quoted by the dentist you initially spoke with. This manner of doing business is not just unethical, it's a violation of the Federal Trade Commission guidelines regarding advertising and evidently I plan to sue Frank Laaly DDS and Whittier Dental Group for False Advertising and the unnecessary expenses incurred, while going back and forth to their Main Facility and the CAT Scan Office located some miles away at a different address (528 Amalia Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90022). These people deserve a sudden wake up and as a former attorney I am more than happy and ready to teach them a lesson they won't easily forget.

The service was exceptional and the root canal was quick and painless. Edith the was very nice and explained all that i didn't know about my procedure. Dr. Laaly was very conscious of my condition and asked to see if I had any discomfort. He also explained what my procedure would be. Overall I have never been happier visiting the dentist.

i have been to a lot of dentists in my day, but none as caring and genuinely as proficient at his craft as Dr. Laaly. Besides having a positive and naturally kind bedside manner, he always greets you with a smile, and is in a good mood even on a day like today where one might give him a break for being a little off as he just had a baby a week ago. HOwever, Dr, Laaly came in and with the utmost professional demeanor, proceeded to check on the tooth, and make sure that it was healing properly for the next procedure. During the exam, he also cleaned my teeth, and utilized the newest computer technology to produce a mold vs. the old algenet impression. He is up to date on all the newest tools of the trade in implant surgery, and is always concerned with the patients pain level. Dr, Laaly is a rare breed of highly intellectual and personable physicians. He has an office that has all the bells and whistles as any high end office, If you need a well qualified dentist, Dr, Laaly should be first on your list,

Decided to try out the services of Dr. Laaly based on the great reviews he has on yelp, and i gotta say i am so glad i decided to visit Dr Laaly. The entire staff is great help, very clean and organized office. Dr. Laaly is amazing not only in his work but also in his attitude toward his patients. Very communicative and answers all questions. He has a great sense of humor and even puts netflix for you to calm your nerves. 5 stars are not enough to grade Dr. Laaly, i am glad i found a Dentist that i can trust and rely on and i am looking forward to the additional treatments.
