I cannot believe that anyone could not be pleased with Eli's Auto Center. I only wish that other automobile service facilities were as professional and courteous as Eli's Auto Center. I have had several vehicles repaired, having four cars in my imediate family. The manner is which I am always treated does not change, simply excellent in all facits. I have also refered several of my business acquatances and friends and have never heard anything but praise. This is a family owned operation and all aspects of the repair project are thouroughly followed thru to absolute satisfaction. Thank you to all the members of Eli's Auto Center for many jobs well done!!!

I live by the philosophy of you get what you pay for and I got an amazing job! Hope I don't need to go back but they are great!

My Audi A5 has been to Eli's twice....unfortunately. Yes, it took a long time for the repairs, but the results were worth it. Anytime you get insurance involved the progress is a nightmare and seems to go on forever. When an uninsured motorcyclist totaled his bike into the back on my Audi, insurance wanted to "patch" the bumper which was completely unacceptable in my opinion. Eli's team went to battle for me and my bumper was replaced, damage under the vehicle was corrected and the car was taken to the dealership for alignment.

Eli's is the best auto body shop in ALL of Los Angeles. I hit my friends car really badly one day in the afternoon, was in a panic and heard about Eli's from a friend. I called them frantic and they were SO polite and helpful when they answered the phone. They calmed me down and guided me to their shop. As soon as I got their the woman who I spoke to on the phone ran out to greet me. Everyone was extremely professional and honest with me about everything. They are really genuine people that work at the shop. I had a bad dent on my car and they called their dent repair guy and HE WAS AT THE SHOP IN TEN MINUTES! They had my car fixed (dent and paint job) ALL IN ONE DAY. I was extremely impressed with their service! Go there!!!!

I brought my car to Eli's Auto Center to have my vehicle repaired. They said that it would take a week to repair it and they were on a timely manner to finish my car with great quality work. Not only that, their customer service was great, they were following up with me almost everyday to let me know the status on the repairs. If you care about your car I highly recommend taking it to them.‎

I had been in a crash and had to leave the country for work so I had a friend take my car in for me. These guys were great -- they called me on my international number to give me a total break down of what the damage was -- I should add that the insurance company looked at the car and quoted the damage was minimal and had refused to call me on my international number.

I took my Porsche to Eli's Auto Center to repair the rear bumper, they were very friendly yet professional. They gave me an estimate bill and repair time that was accurate to a very big extend. Their customer service kept me well informed of my car's repair status throughout the whole process. and i picked up my car as good as new, looking just great :) Definitely recommend them!!

Their staff is very friendly, and quick. they always kept me informed on what they were doing to my car. When my car came out of there, it was beautiful. Looked brand spanking new. When it went in, it was tore up. I would definitely let people know about this place. The offer refreshments too.

My experience with Eli's was great, especially because of Maria. She was professional, flexible and was pro-active in calling me and emailing me to keep me up to date on my repairs, in fact, she was in better communication with me than my own insurance company. I was in excellent hands and felt very confident that the job was being done well.

These people are sheisters - liars, cheats and thiefs. More important, they do LOUSY work, absolutely contemptible. While paying for a NEW fender, they installed a USED one, damaged other parts of my car, and refused to repair the damage they did. Moreover, they failed to perform most of the work I paid for, as per the insurance. THEN Eli tried to get me to pay more for unneeded work. They border on criminal. NEVER use these people! BEWARE!!
