CG Pro Fitness is a professional service which offers solutions for all your fitness needs. Choose from one-on-one Personal Training or Bootcamp exercise. Both options offer specialized physical instruction and nutritional assistance. Personal Training will put all the focus on you and your specific goals. Our Fitness Frenzy Bootcamp program offers intense weight loss workouts within a group environment. Whichever service you choose, we supply you with a complimentary personalized Success Journal, which includes a nutrition guide and food log to help keep you on track with your diet. Each service also includes before and after fitness assessments so you can track your progression.
