      The Association for Better Living and Education, also known as ABLE, is an international nonprofit, secular organization that addresses social ills, such as drugs, crime, illiteracy and immorality. The charitable organization offers substance abuse treatment and prevention services, ex-offender re-entry and mentoring programs, character and common sense morals education, community and family literacy, and teacher training and professional development. Its online store provides drug rehabilitation and criminal reforms materials, kits and packages, and DVDs and videos. The association supports social betterment programs of various organizations, including The Way to Happiness Foundation International, Applied Scholastics International, Narconon International and Criminon International. ABLE has its headquarters in Los Angeles.
