      It's has been 1 year that I took in the 1967 Rolex 5513 Submariner that belonged to my wife's Grandfather in for a complete service and refresh. The transformation was amazing, I was very worried about taking this vintage timepiece in for repairs, but found many great reviews for them on the Rolex Forum and decided to give them a call, Talk to Advi, who was very professional and knowledgeable on vintage watches, so I brought my watch into them, we agreed what should be done and was quoted a price, 6 weeks latter I picked my watch up and what a great job or transformation they did, after 1 year the watch has not had a problem, after 7 days it has keep within 3 seconds from setting it.

      Took My Omega and not returned as promised.

      I have tried on three different days to call . No answer each time.



      Are they alive? I Fed Ex'd my watch for repair and not even a call back as promised. It has been over three weeks now.



      What gives???

      Due to the overwhelming growth of our company at the time, and the nature of our workshop environment, as well as not having a receptionist at that time, we apologize IF you were not able to contact us by phone. It is highly unlikley that you were unable to reach us by any means over a period of three weeks. We apologize for any lack of communication, and though it may not be possible to completely satisfy every single client, we have hundreds of private collectors and numerous authorized dealers that can attest to our high standard of quality and service. If there is anything we can do to make up for your trouble, we would be happy to accommodate you.

      Dalton Toledo is the best Watch Artist in America.

      The way he work here in America is unique.

      In Europe you can find some artist in a Chaton in Swiss.
