"Our association normally handles registration in-house and we make it a practice to outsource our lead retrieval service that we provide to our exhibitors. Our 2007 Expo was the second year SMART-reg provided this service and again did an exceptional job. There are companies that provide you the service they commit to, but there is only some... few and far in between companies that can go above and beyond their commitment - SMART-reg is that type of company.
