I just moved to the Springfield area and I am extremely disappointed in this youth sports club's management. Their office staff are extremely rude and unhelpful and their office is in Lorton when they claim to be a Springfield organization. Apparently, you have to go in person to register for their sports, which essentially means that only stay at home parents can register their children unless you manage to make it down 95 during rush hour traffic before 7 on Wednesday--the only day they have "extended hours". Needless to say, my child will not be participating in Springfield Youth Club sports. I would suggest finding a club that exemplifies the sportsmanship and social interaction you would like to have your child learn during a recreational sport in the way they treat inquiries for registration.
