I have used Flowerama Lorain since they open. They have great service and quality flowers for a reasonable price. I enjoy shopping there and the designs are high quality. They bet out all of the other Lorain flower shops! Love them!

Had exclusively used Flowerama since it opened for my florist. However, I have totally lost faith with them. Ordered flowers for a friend in September. Delivered on time and beautiful as usual. In October ordered what was to be the same arrangement. Was charged almost twice as much, flowers not as ordered ,did not last more than three days and card had numerous spelling errors. Was offered $10 store credit from a clerk but was told I had to go to store to get credit slip. Then found on my bank statement that I was charged $13 more than was told the bill would be. Called to discuss with owner but as with first complaint not available. Was told they would discuss with owner and get back to me, but NEVER got a return call. So I lost this battle, but will never be taken by them again. Unfortunately have no recourse but to warn others to not shop here.

The staff at Flowerama are very helpful. The flowers are beautiful, fresh and plentiful. The location is so convienient. We live in Vermont and when we visit family in Lorain we very often buy our flowers at Flowerama.
