On the days of the sale we place quality signs locally to direct buyers to the home. We conduct the sale in a very professional manner with the utmost care of the home and its contents. There are a number of options for remaining items at the end of the sale, including a donation in the owners name. With any higher valued items that may remain after the sale, we offer a consignment feature on our website. The home will be empty and broom-cleaned for you at the end of the sale.
