Sealy King Size Mattress Set

I purchased a sealy king mattress set from the Havertys store in 2012 in Longview, TX. At the time the set was on sale regular $1,099.99 the sale price was $799.99 for Memorial Day Weekend. Over the last 1 1/2 the mattress is sagging and dipping. I called Havertys they referred me over to there corporate office to the service center. It took a couple weeks but they got a service tech out to look at it. They deemed it was defective and gave me a credit of $591.00. The problem is that mattress today is almost $900.00 so I would have to pay over $300.00 out of pocket and a delivery fee of $150.00 to replace. So much for the 10 year warranty the sales representative sold me on.... So much for the "HAVERTY'S" honors there products and they'll replace it with no questions asked. That manager went round and round with me on the phone and could've have cared less. Keep in mind 2 months ago I just spent $2,700.00 on a new love seat and sofa!! Buyers please beware they don't cover there products under warranty for full product value I caution you to buy from this Haverty's in Longview, TX.

My wife and I were shopping for furniture for our living room. We decided to shop at this Haverty's furniture store in Longview, Texas on Loop 281. We picked out our furniture along with an area rug. We were told that everything including the area rug would be delivered before Thanksgiving. The living room furniture was delivered the following week (before Thanksgiving, as promised). We were told at the time of the purchase by our salesperson that furniture and the rug would be delivered separately due to the rug being on back order but the salesperson assured us that the rug would be delivered before Thanksgiving. The week of Thanksgiving, I called the store to see when the rug would be delivered so that I could make arraignments to be home to accept the delivery. Upon calling, I was advised that they did not have a date of delivery because the rug had been on back order through the manufacturer. I was told that they did not have an estimated delivery date at this time. I have waited and waited for our rug to be delivered and six weeks later called to see if there was date scheduled yet. I was told they still do not have a date from the manufacturer on when the rug would be delivered. I requested to speak with a manager. He simply apologized for the inconvenience and advised that the salesperson should have advised me that it sometimes takes up to 10 weeks for the delivery of a back ordered item. We have decided that we will not be purchasing any further products from Havertys in the future. Extremely disappointed in the Haverty's store and the managment's "apology". I would not recommend this store to a friend or anyone else for that matter.
