rI have called on Tim from Ford's Appliance for better than 15 years and have NEVER been disappointed. If an appliance can be fixed, Tim will fix it. He does not charge by the hour but by the job, which I think is extremely fair and his prices are very reasonable. He has saved me alot of money so far. Wouldn't want or trust anyone else and have recommended him many times.

Dex screwed up star rating. This should be 5 stars. Tim was wonderful. Called when he was running late. Listened to my description of the problem with my GE Profile French Door ice maker. Opened the door, fumbled a bit with the ice bin latch and then said "look". Sure enough, there were some stuck cubes tucked way up in the maker. I was sure that I still owed him the stated trip charge, but he didn't ask for it. He said to give it a day to cycle into the ice making mode, and that he expected it to be fine. What a pleasant surprise in this day of "national internet franchises" that don't know what customer service is. WOW!! I will recommend him and will use him again. And, he scheduled me in the same day that I called.
