I like the fact that I can talk directly to a designer. What made me want to write this compliment was the fact that I was actually able to easily reach someone on a Friady evening for a Friady night delivery in Orange County. The owner took the time to answer all my questions. He recommended a backup plan in case the flowers I wanted were not available. He also told me he will call me when the delivery is done . I did get a call that the flowers would be delivered by half hour. It was a stress reliever. I like being able to talk to staff when its convenient for me. I never do 5 stars on rating but I think they deserve it.
