it was the worst experience ever! he's very unprofessional, rude,over charges,and does not know his profession very well, which cost me time and money. i did my taxes my there he charged me 145$, 95$ for the basic and 50$ more for the energy tax credit,which i come to find out i didn't qualify for it! he should have known that before he took my money.anyways he filed it apil 12 and i never got it! so i call him on saturday he checked and said my return was rejected do to the energy credit cause i did not qualify and he would have never know unless i called him! supposaly due too his faulty software! and that he cant do anything till the following tues due to personal issue's so he took my number and said he'll call me on tues ,he never did so weds came i call him not very happy cause now its already may! and rudely told me he sent my return off and was refunding my 50$ he said i don't want you back in my office i will mail it to you! never got it! then hung up on me!! he gave me no new info on what im now getting back now and no way too track it! i will never go there again this guy is a joke and does not like to work nor be at work very often!
