I laughed at comments about the management making people keep their dogs quiet. (thank heavens for those of us who don't care to hear someone's dog barking 24/7 !!!) Sounds like that rater had a dog they didn't keep in check.

Yes the manager is very strict. However she is the most normal functioning person I have ever known. She is an ex-Marine which accounts for her demeanor. It does hide a VERY sweet soul. She is fair but strict. True, you do not want to cross her but if you take your neighbor's into consideration, and follow the (normal) rules, you'll be very happy here.

She is an animal lover and not only does she make sure the animals don't bother the guests, but she makes sure the people and the animals are happy and safe. This is a slice of heaven in the midst of a very noisy and crime ridden town.

I dare you to find this level of peace and safety anywhere else in this town or this price range. I can count on less than one hand how many times I have seen the police in here over the years. Though you will hear the helicopter overhead.

The strict but lovable manager works hard to keep this a safe place for all of us. The 5 mile an hour rule (which she does obey) is for everyone's safety....especially children...And it is the normal speed limit in any trailer park, by the way.



If you are an adult who must be scolded to obey rules you agreed to, I'm sure you can find your luck elsewhere.

By the way, the first time in my 30 years in Southern California, that I've lived in a place where neighbors say hello and smile. =)

I agree this place is not a typical trailer park. It is situated near big freeways and is quiet most of the time. However, management can be condescending. They flip flop between rules and break rules while trying to enforce them on people living there. If you have visitors coming, they must be warned because THEY will be VERBALLY attacked. One time management thought I didn't live there and almost hit my car while I was entering the driveway by trying to block me from entering.Also, they have a car port, but do not wash your car there because if you do, management will come by and tell you you're wasting water. Management will even print out an article to inform you of the need to conserve water.This place is more of a retirement community than anything else. This place is not children, pets (especially dogs) or visitors friendly. This place is quiet indeed, however, like I have stated management is problematic. I have seen people leave with a police escort.

I have lived there for over five years and have been verbally abused by management several times. She and her girlfriend are very odd, when they do not get thier way about things. They denie anything even when at fault of thier own. Also flip flop on rules, some have rules others do not. Be Very Werry about your move to the park. Also, please be aware there is blocked firelanes all over the park and no fire hydrant in the park. Places have been burned down to crisp. Long Beach Telegram if you don't belive me.

This is not your typical Trailer Park. Management is both very strict and very caring. They don't put up with any nonsense. So if you want a clean, safe, and friendly place to live, this is it. This is the most friendly atmosphere I have come across in living in California for 25+years. It is like a friendly community and we are blessed to be here.The management works tirelessly to keep it nice for us. So if you don't like obeying rules, you may want to look elsewhere. We all like it just the way it is.Also, there are shade trees here which I love, and that is not easy to find in California. It is close to the freeway, and the trees help with pollution and noise as well as giving it that homey feel.Like the other reviewers said, there is always a waiting list.

Manager & staff are efficient, courteous, and go out of their way to meet all your needs. Park is clean and quiet, with little or no problems from outside areas. Security Gate, clean restrooms, and laundryroom. Residents arewithout a doubt the most friendly I've ever known. It's a great place, but reservations are a must. Waiting list for this park is full, however, call, and get more information. This park is highly sought after by most who come here to work.

Very nice, clean R.V. park. Security gate, onsite manager who goes the extra mile to see you are made to feel at home. Rent is better than comprable to most parks. Residents who live here are extremely friendly, and people here watch out for each other....love this park
