The best burger and peanut butter pie I ever had. There is no better than Babes. I've been eating at Babes since I was a teenager and before that when the owner of Babes cooked for Russell's on Atlantic. Best food in the world. YUM!

OMG, I am so excited they are still in business, I used to go there when I was in my twenties, in the early 80's I have moved away from Cali but will be home in 10 days for a visit and plan on taking my daughter there to try the incredible Ban-Berry pie. Hope they still have it. Everything there was awesome.

Discovered this great eatery not too long ago but found it to be one of Long Beach's greatest secret. It's service and food are superb- everything from the apple pie a la mode to the jams are made from scratch and good ol George and the gals make you feel at home.

Open Tuesday thru Sunday. Closed on Monday. Good stick to your ribs home style cooking. George the owner works behind the grill along with the ladies, Ona and Jackie.Very friendly people and the prices are reasonable for what you get. One of the best deals for breakfast is to order a "SPECIAL" either a number 1 or a number 2. It's just enough to take care of things in the morning and get you runnin.

The best Cheeseburger for miles around. Breakfast is wonderful, you get alot of food for your buck. It is a bit on the expensive side but every bit worth it.
