I agree with the previous post the exam staff was good although slow as I had to wait an hour past my scheduled appt that I scheduled at 8:45 am. The ordering of glasses and contacts was absolutely the worst service ever experienced. They wired me a price then when they came in two weeks later said oops we forgot a charge to the tune of over 100.00. That was for a family member. Then I went to get my own and again oops you owe us another 55.00. I paid for everything at time of ordering and was told that was the total charge. When I questioned it they said sorry that's about it. If they had to eat these charges they would not make these mistakes. So in summary optometrist ok. Office staff are horrible and not friendly and are cold in social skills. I will never go back. Too many other options. I try to buy local to support my community but this business needs revamped and some new people hired. Very sad to see them so crowded all the time. I am sure there are more experiences like this out there.

I have had a great experience with the staff at the office and eye exams. I do not have a good experience with getting my glasses on time. 2 weeks is now going into 26 days and still waiting .. I will still go for my eye exams but will take my prescription somewhere else to get glasses.
