Worst. I could have done a better job at my own house. It would have taken less time (6 hours) and saved me 70 dollars. My dog looks like he has been on the streets.

If you love your dogs please take them somewhere else!!!!! Showed up to drop off our dogs and nobody was at the office. Had to go to the owners home and wake him up. When returning from our trip once again nobody was at the office. So we proceeded to call Chris & Brian and always went straight to voicemail with a full inbox. Had to sit around and wait for a call back. Very unprofessional, trust me look elsewhere. My first visit will most certainly be my last. don't even deserve 1 star but that's the lowest I could go

I wish I would've went to the same place the reviewer below went to. That was not even close to the experience I witnessed. Bryan, the individual who was working the desk was nice enough; however the facility smelled of cat urine and ammonia. When dropping off my dog (who has been kenneled for years when needed) I was beginning to have second thoughts as I saw numerous kennels with animals who had several piles of feces and puddles of urine still in the kennels. I understand things happen, and not all animals are on a schedule nor the best with kenneling, but almost every kennel I passed was in the same condition, and the smell from the time I walked through the front door of the facility to the time I left was completely overwhelming.



Upon arrival to pick up my dog I was early and not expecting to be greeted until 10 am (their stated opening time). But, a nice gentleman (I believe one of the owners) let me in. Again I met by the overwhelming cat urine and ammonia smell, and I was curious to see the condition my dog would appear in. First off, the gentlemen didn't know the breed of dog I was boarding even after looking at the check in sheet, and when my dog appeared I could see he had feces not just all over all four paws, but numerous locations over his body (9 spots to be exact...9 spots of fecal matter which had dried and matted to his coat), and he reeked of urine. I luckily have a cargo area cover in the back of my SUV (which would be completely covered with fecal paw prints when I arrived at my house. He smelled so bad I had the sunroof, and all four windows down in order to try and mitigate his nastiness.



The gentleman had to make several trips to gather up the food bowls and food container, I had brought upon initial drop off, but none of the items had been listed on the check in sheet, nor placed together apparently as the food bowls were now mismatched with someone else's bowls and I noticed the all of the items reeked of feces and urine with nice fecal splatter dried inside the dry food bowl. It took me an 2 and 1/2 hours to clean and sanitize my truck, food container and bowls, and my dog. Which the water basin looked as if I had gone to a mud hole on my property and scooped up some nice murky mud water.



I was recommended this kennel by some individuals I not only highly respect, but trust. After my experience I will never subject my dog to this facility or biological disaster ever again. I know an individual cannot keep a kennel spotless 24/7, but I have yet to pick up my dog from the kennel I regularly use here even remotely close to the conditions or conditions to which i witnessed at London Pet Lodge. I would HIGHLY recommend taking the time to visit and tour the facility before ever thinking of using London Pet Lodge.

We love London Pet Lodge it is a beautiful and spotless boarding facility everytime we pull in there driveway our dogs get so excititied they cant wait to get out of the car and i think that says a lot . Kris the owner is a very sweet person she treats our dogs like they are her own and our little puppies just love her. This is the nicest boarding business i ever been in its a truley top notch faciltiy and they also groom you pets so when you pick them up you dont have to worry about taking them to a groomer..its so GREAT i definatly recommend them....
