I got a Toro 5000 zero turn riding lawn mower in February of this year and it broke down. I took it to Stevens Repair shop to get fixed. I dropped it off on a Saturday and they said it would be 7 days before I could pick it up. I called the next Friday and they asked me why I was calling a day early when they told me it would take seven days. When I called them on Tuesday they told me that the motor was locked up and it would cost $1700 to get it fixed. I went through Home Depot, Toro Warrenty Dept, and the engine manufacturor and all of them turned me down based upon what this company told them was the problem. I thought this was fishy so I decided to take it to Total Power Products( another Authorized Toro Delear) on Five Forks Trickum. They looked at it an said the engine wasn't locked up and fixed it for $163.00. Do not go to this dealer because if I would not have gotten a second opinion I would have been out of $1537 with out tax. Rip Off Artist
