Warning!!! They take lunch breaks whenever they feel like it. Drove from Suwanee to Loganville; was there at 1:30 pm to drop off my truck and no one was there. No one told me they close for lunch. No note on the door telling me they were at lunch or when they would be back. You would think they would leave at least one person there to keep the doors open and let people drop off there vehicle for service... Very unprofessional!!!

My worst experience ever at an auto shop.picked my vehicle up in worst shape than when I dropped it off. After totaly misleading me as to what they were doing, after a week, they called me to let me know they can't fix it, giving refund, we broke your antena, ordered me another delivered to my house, broke the shifter cable I put in the night before I dropped it off, ordered me one delivered to my house, exhaust was terribly loose at manifolds, and took it off the rack that way for me to drive it home sounding like it was ready to throw a rod and later found that they stripped the mainfold bolts and fixed myself. Everytime I questioned not doing what they said they were doing along with the exhaust leak, all they coud say was "Yah I know". I thought if I heard that one more time... Anyway, Got the the parts they ordered, put the cable in myself with new tranny. Antenna was wrong. Called them and since I contacted the BBB, they told me I'm on my own now for the antenna. To bad! If they would have got me the propper antenna, I may have at least withdrew my BBB report but instead I added to it. Perfect example why I'm a do it yourselfer, and why I don't trust shops! Thanks for nothing High Tech Transmission.
