About Greg Dalton Insurance, Inc. Greg Dalton Insurance Inc. began as a scratch agency in a District Office of Nationwide Insurance in Chapmanville WV officially November 1989. Scratch meaning we had no clients, files, or office space of our own. I begin Greg Dalton was given a small salary and could bonus if sales met a certain level in premiums. Nationwide furnished the space, furniture, and phone. There was no staff but the agent and there was a lot of hard work to do. The Agency did well. Hard work and creating a relationship with the client had paid off. However, there were times I didnâ??t make enough to pay my bills.
