Bought my English bulldog here a few months ago. I went in a few times before actually purchasing the dog. The first time I went in, Megan helped me. She was really nice and helpful. Being this was my first English bulldog, she spent a lot of time talking to me about the breed and the care. I came back a few days later and spoke with Lourdes. She let us play with the dog for two hours before we decided to purchase her. She was extremely nice and helpful. She even called her husband on the phone so that we could speak with him. He then came into the store to talk with us. He explained his experience with English bulldogs, his recommendations for care, and even said if we have any problems to bring her in and they would do whatever they could to help us. He even cleaned my English bulldog before taking her home and showed us exactly what to do. I would not go anywhere else to purchase another English bulldog in the future.

I readied all the comments of the review of this business. I feel you are all over reacting, and i like to know why do you buy a pet and not know how to care for it? Listen i bought my breaded dragon from them and its still alive and i have no bloody idea how to take care of it till now. I taken it to the vet and asked other for help. NJ Exotic Pets has great staff that's are willing to help... but you cant be asking the same question over and over learn to care for your pet. Also I been there many times and they are busy so why dont you people try to care for your own pets you buy and stop blaming the business for your stupidity!!! PS: This business is the best place i seen, and they are always willing to help just dont take it for grated!!! Thank You, Christopher K.

Very rude nasty people.....their animals are old and they breed in the back but will never let you see them...they say they are babies but they are way older...I spent over $300 on an animal they wouldn't help at ally hen it died.....I went in With my dead baby and they were very rude kept saying they would call me back....I was crying my eyes out. The store...I had the pet less than 2 months....she never called back like she said so I called again...she was rude and again then she just hung up the phone on me...I wasn't even mean or cursed she had no right to hang up...her name is Megan...stay away from them....they used to be RT 4 aquarium in Fair Lawn they changed names and moved here...sure this place will be closed down too....stay away the sell sick pets then will not help you.

I went there with my daughter to buy a specific animal. My daughter spent months researching before she decided on buying so she new exactly what she was getting into. The place was busy, wasn't dirty at all, the animals cages where clean and all the animals well fed.However we where approached by a woman named Lourdes.At first she was ok but as soon as my daughter started questioning her she became nasty and arrogant all because my daughter new what she wanted and was set in her ways. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. This woman became upset because a 12 year old little girl new more than her.Really... Grow up! We than dealt with Meaghan who was sweet, knowledgeable and impressed with my daughter instead of being offended.

Extremely disappointed. Went here for fun and some supplies. The owners were very rude when I asked questions. No good prices. Animals do not look happy. Small place that smelt terrible. Would not recommend going there or giving those owners the business.
