On March24th, 2007 my husband and I attended your theatre in North Versailles, PA to see Premonition. The theatre you advertize outside as providing "...the quality you deserve" made us feel like we were very undeserving. The conditions of the bathrooms in this theatre are a slap in the face. I couldn't even imagine using it. Pools of water under every toilet, paper all over the floors, empty soap containers and no paper towel dispensers at all. The automatic dryers are in disrepair and not in adequate number in the men's room. There doesn't seem to be any maintanance going on during your peak times of operation. On another subject, we had to walk out of the movie after it was over in complete darkness looking at the floor lights on the steps for any clue as to where to step. I live equal distance from two other mega theatres that seem a whole lot healthier to me after this experience. You need to do something about all this. Sincerely, Gloria Stern
