I have taken 9 dogs to Harmony Path since 2007, and the veterinarian and her assistant have always provided excellent care, and caring, for my dogs, several of which were fifteen years old or older. (I am frankly astounded that the other reviewer gave this excellent veterinarian only one star because the clinic was not open 365 days a year. That reviewer was given appropriate advice, followed it, and had a successful outcome.) The care my dogs have received at Harmony Path prolonged their happy golden years into the high teens. The older dogs had conditions including hypothyroidism, spinal degeneration, and cancer, and care was designed to treat the diseases or to slow the inevitable degeneration and maintain my dogs, whom I love greatly, with quality of life.

We switched vets after our male cat became ill just before Christmas (12/21/06. The vet kept him overnight with a high fever and then prescribed antibiotics when she admittedly did not know what was making him sick. She said to take him to an emergency clinic if he continued not to eat or drink because nobody was going to be at her clinic over the holidays except to feed the other animals. Concerned for our cat we took him to another vet. They ordered tests and were able to diagnose our pet and nurse him back to health. Christmas morning our new vet called with the wonderful news our cat was progressing and would be okay.
