We hire DNR to remove a large old tree in January of 2015. The job was to be one day. Took several. The siding on the house was damaged. The site manager showed up 3 hours late and was intoxicated. Our stump is still in the back yard 7 months later. DNR has not returned our phone calls. The last call on June 26, 2015 I asked if they would please return our call even if the company was not willing to come back out. I just wanted to know where we stood with the removal of the stump. Nothing. At that time I also said, if no call was returned, I would be forced to leave a negative review. If I would have received a return call stating something as to if the stump would be removed or not - I would NOT have left a review - even with all that went wrong.

This past May (2012), this company took down a tree for me in my backyard. In doing so, they also partially destroyed a healthy tree next to the one that was taken down. They had to take down a fence inside my yard so they could do their work. At the end of the day, in their haste to get done and leave, the crew made no real attempt to put the fence back up properly, and I was left with a hot mess. The owner promised me on several occasions that the destroyed tree would be removed, and that the fence would be fixed, but he never came. It wasn't until I threatened legal action that a crew finally came and put up the fence in a sub-par way. I had to deal with this company for most of the summer, and it was very maddening and disappointing. Bottom line: I will not recommend them to anyone.
