Big Heart Landscaping did an absolutely fantastic job in laying down a new lawn in my backyard. They dug up tree stumps and laid down new soil, at a relatively late time during the growing season for new grass. The quality of soil and the seeds they used were both top notch. It was up to me to keep up the watering to get the grass to grow, and boy did it grow! The lawn is full of incredibly healthy grass.

A few points about Big Heart Landscaping that I feel set his business above other landscaping businesses:

1. Todd’s estimate was exactly what we paid. The work wasn't easy, and he and his workers did the work over two days at the estimate he provided, which was better than other lawn companies I contacted.
2. He was an excellent communicator. He was responsive by email and text, and let me know when he was coming, and when he was finished. He also helped address some of my early concerns.
3. The best part was that he actually stopped by to check on the lawn once a week for a month. He raked up the straw a month later, I offered to pay him for this work, but he didn't accept.

Big Heart Landscaping is truly a great landscaper. He cares about his work, he's an excellent communicator and he wants his work to succeed. You should hire him next time you need work done on your land!

I know Big Heart Landscaping doesn't spend any money on advertising so I figured I would shout their praises on this platform to help him out. Honestly, these guys are great! Especially coming from someone who is particular about everything. They turned my backyard into a stay-cation. Paver patio, outdoor kitchen and fire pit came out perfect. call Big Heart Landscaping as you won't be disappointed!!

I wish I met these guys before I wasted money with my 3 previous landscapers! Todd at Big Heart Landscaping really knows his stuff. I thought i knew everything about my water issues that I had in my yard, but Mr. Abrams patiently explained how it could be fixed. It all made sense and I went for it. 2 years later and my lawn is no longer a pool when it rains! They also handle my lawn care (everybody is jealous of my lawn) and special projects like retaining walls, mulch, pavers and bed renovation. I highly recommend them!!!!

My husband and I are Type A people...and are usually pretty tough on folks... We expect a lot. (could be an understatement). Well, all our concerns and issues were dealt with a smile and "no problem". It was getting late...and after being there all day...they left no trace! They also addressed all of our concerns...taking up roots and dealing with the "small stuff"...big stuff to us...
...These guys are awesome! They are fairly priced. They do MORE than what they say they are going to do. They clean up after themselves, they follow through with a smile...
they also have maintained our lawn and removed the snow for the past 8 years. they have done special projects like: pavers, ponds, retaining walls, power washing, indoor painting, handyman work and an outdoor kitchen.
...I HIGHLY recommend this company...and give them an "A". They show up on time. They are responsive. They are thorough and hard working. They must of hauled away 3 giant truck loads of Mother Nature...it was impressive.
...And the price....WE GOT MORE THAN OUR MONEY'S WORTH...no joke.
...This company provides a lot of bang for their buck. It is a great value. They must of had 4 guys working on our place at one time...and they worked from 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. That's a lot of yard work!

Todd Abrams at Big Heart Landscaping just completed a large job-1,000 foot of pavers for us. It went as smoothly as any in my experience. Todd personally wrote the proposal, scheduled the work and was on site every day to instruct workers and plan for the next day. He was amazingly responsive to every inquiry/request made. His staff is smart, helpful and hard-working. The project started a day early (with our approval) and finished on time. No hitches. Todd is the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He provided a landscape and hardscape drawing. His overall bid was very fairly priced and came in lower than 3 other bids. The work is of the highest quality with extreme attention to the base layers of gravel and sand and also to the grading of the pavers to facilitate drainage. He also installed about thirty feet of French drain. The recent rains have demonstrated the success of his attention to drainage. No puddles! I am VERY happy that we chose Big Heart Landscaping and will use them in the future for other projects.

After walking the grounds and giving some recommendations we settled on the spring cleanup and mulching. He followed up immediately with a very fair quote for the scope of the work. His crew came and worked nonstop. They were all polite and worked hard the whole time. My yard looks the best it has since we bought our house.
