Is a board Certified Chiropractor and Applied Kinesiologist and Active Release Provider in the State of New York. Board Certified Applied Kinesiologist by the International College of Applied Kinesiology and have Full Body Certification in Active Release Technique. With Active Release Technique I can often quickly and effectively resolve a variety of repetitive strain injuries including but not limited to: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Elbow Injuries, GolferÂ¿s Elbow, Tennis Elbow, Shoulder Injuries, Rotator Cuff, Frozen Shoulder, Heel Spurs, Achilles Tendonitis, Knee Injuries, Meniscus Injury in Knee, Ligaments in Knee, Knee Tendonitis, Back Pain, Neck Pain, Sciatica, Facet Joint Syndrome, Hip Pain Anyone who suffers from any type of repetitive strain injuries from athletes, to office workers, to the home-keeper can be helped by treatments with Active Release Techniques. Active Release Technique should be your first choice if you have any type pf repetitive strain injury since it is able to resolve the majority of these cases without the use of invasive techniques like surgery, and can do so with almost no side effects (aside from a temporary tenderness of the soft-tissues). Our facility provides individual, small group and team performance training primarily, but not limited to cycling, triathlon, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, competitive skating and swimming communities. There are a wide range of programs and services providing all the necessary resources and tools to train effectively year round.
